Right... my crazy dad has signed him, me and mum up to take part in the 5k Clinque run or dye race at Penshurst Park this Sunday (3rd July). Yes you heard correctly... 5k (aka 3 ish miles!)

The 3 miles will also count towards the 13 I need to do for the cumulative half marathon I am currently running in the run Reigate kids race!.I will be running the last mile in Priory Park on 18th September and you are all welcome to come and watch!
